What to Expect
The Pre-Vist
New guests are highly encouraged, not required, to complete the online client consultation form which I review prior to your appointment to begin customizing your hair or skin services. Once your appointment is scheduled you will receive a text and email confirmation along with a mini e-welcome packet.
The Consultation
During our session, we will discuss your goals and vision for your hair. I will ask you deep and thoughtful questions to better understand where you currently stand with your hair so that we can work toward achieving the look you desire. We will also develop a healthy hair routine that will align with your goals and incorporate new healthy habits into your regimen in between appointments.
After Goodbye
After your appointment, you may receive a follow-up email or text from me. I would appreciate it if you could share your feedback, as your satisfaction is my top priority. I offer complimentary minor adjustments to your service in case you are not fully satisfied. Your reviews and referrals help me improve, grow, and refine my services. I am always eager to learn and enhance my skills, so your feedback is invaluable to me.
